Veronika Praxmarer-Breuer works in our law firm as an in-house attorney in the Corporate / M&A practice group, where she advises, among other things, on the formation and restructuring of companies.

She studied architecture at the Technical University of of Vienna and at ENSA Paris-Belleville and worked as an architect in Austria and abroad for several years. Veronika Praxmarer-Breuer also studied law at the University of Innsbruck and completed her legal clerkship in Innsbruck. During her administrative internship, she worked at the Regional Administrative Court and was responsible for industrial plant licences in the commercial department of the Innsbruck district authority. Most recently, she worked as an attorney in a notary’s office. With this combination of technical and legal expertise, she now supports our clients.
