Specialises in IT law, data protection law and general civil and contract law.

Marco Ladner is an associate in the Business Law and data & technology practice groups. He advises our clients in particular on questions of IT and data protection law as well as in the areas of civil and contract law.

Before joining us as an associate, he gained valuable experience during an internship at the WKO Foreign Trade Centre Dublin (Ireland) and during a management internship at Hofer KG.

Marco Ladner studied business law and economics at the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and was awarded a merit scholarship as part of his master’s degree in business law.
