Michael Huetz is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises on a broad spectrum of corporate law with a focus on company formations, change of corporate structures (reorganisations), business transfers and complex M&A transactions. In this context, he also advises investors and start-ups, for example on due diligence, the drafting of investment agreements and complex syndicate agreements.

He also specialises in advising and representing clients in connection with shareholder disputes, particularly in family businesses.

Michael Huetz regularly lectures on corporate law topics at the Management Centre Innsbruck (MCI). He is also active as a foundation board member.

He studied law and economics at the University of Innsbruck, the Management Centre Innsbruck and the College of Charleston, SC. He joined CHG in 2013 and has been a partner since 2020.
